So we rent those villas to customers who want to stay for a long term period while the owners are not using them. And we keep the houses in good condition so that when the owners come they can immediately use their villas comfortably.
Our service is to rent properties while they are not being used, thereby generating a profit. This can reduce tax payments.
Property that is intended to be sold can be accepted for management as a long-term stay accommodation. It can be maintained, and generate a profit until it is sold. Villas are easy to sell if they can be used as a long-term stay accommodation.
Villa Maintenance Service
The houses’ appearance and value will decline if no one lives in them. We offer maintenance of villas for the owners while they are vacant. (This service includes ventilation, cleaning, running water, and other kinds of maintenance.)
The cost of maintenance service is 5,000 yen a month for an apartment house we specified. For the other types of houses, the cost is 10,000 yen a month. Our maintenance service is provided twice a month.
Moreover, we are now implementing a service that provides a live-in custodian who works according to the buying and selling schedule. This ensures maintenance and cleaning everyday for free so that the property can be kept in the best condition to sell.
Resort Office
We will guide you to the place that can be used as an office and a long-term stay accommodation. So you can come to Okinawa only with a bag to work and stay for a long term.
